Clinical Supervision for LPC Associates

Kevin Dao, LPC, MD

Jonathan Willden, LPC

My goal as a supervisor is to help you tap back into your natural intuitive talents for holding space for people in need. I use the developmental model of counselor development to aid my ability to understand where you may be at as a counselor at this point in your career and the unique challenges you may be facing.

I hope to establish mutual trust and respect so together we can better serve people in need of great counseling. Being an associate was overwhelming and, at times, an insecure place in my development as a counselor.

Together, we will learn how to build your confidence, concrete skills, interventions for clients, and both keep learning how to grow.

I enjoy a variety of therapeutic approaches, including ACT, Holism, Liberation Psychology, Trauma-informed, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based, and IFS informed to new a handful.

I specialize in treating people with CPTSD, ADHD, Religious trauma, and technology-based behavioral addictions.
